We manufacture staircases of any complexity based on the customer’s individual design and requirements. We work with you from the design stage to supporting you and your installers during installation.
Custom staircases can include a wide range of materials and structures:
- We can design and manufacture a staircase frame made of concrete, metal, wooden stringers, or even a cantilevered structure — one of the most popular and stylish choices today.
- We can manufacture the wooden staircase components for installation on the frame. You can choose oak or ash, both of which are hardwood species widely used in Ukraine and especially well suited for staircase finishing because of their strength and beautiful wood grain.
- We can also manufacture railings that fit your interior in the best possible way. Glass is ideal for minimalist interiors. Wooden balusters are a strong choice for classic interiors and can be selected from a wide range of designs. For loft-style interiors, we recommend welded metal railings or separate metal posts that can replace wooden balusters and create an even more minimalist look.
- We can also add an accent with LED lighting, which beautifully highlights the largest interior element — your staircase. LED lighting offers many options: brightness can be adjusted from cool to warm tones, you can choose the light color, and you can also add gradual step-by-step lighting when you start moving on the stairs. The lighting can be controlled with a standard switch, remote control, or motion sensor.
Staircase finishes can include oil, lacquer, or paint. Depending on your preferences and the staircase style, we will recommend the best finish for your project.

The production lead time for the stairs is 22 business days.
The lead time starts from the moment the 50% advance payment is made and the customer has approved the color.

How It Works
Price Estimate
We calculate an estimated price based on the measurements you provide.
During your first conversation with us, we will calculate an estimated staircase price for you directly during the call. To do this, we only need to know the staircase model you have chosen and a few basic measurements:
- the height from the finished floor of the first floor to the finished floor of the second floor;
- the length of the opening;
- the width of the opening;
- the thickness of the floor slab between floors.
*The measurements may be approximate.
With this information, we calculate not only the price and number of parts, but also the best step height so that the stairs are comfortable to use.
Measurements and Design
Measurements with our remote support and preparation of the staircase design.
When you are ready to order the stairs, we will need accurate measurements from your site. Our specialist will guide you through the measuring process remotely, explain what and how to measure, and give advice on preparing the space.
Based on these measurements, our specialist prepares the staircase design and confirms it with you. After that, our manager sends you the final order price.
Production
Advance payment, contract signing, and production of your stairs.
After the design and price are approved, we sign a contract with you and send the payment details for the advance payment. Our specialist then details your project and submits the production order for the staircase.
We keep all necessary materials in stock so that we can start production as quickly as possible, without unnecessary delays, as far as the production queue allows. Usually, staircase production takes 14 business days, which is about 3 weeks.
After production is completed, we notify you and send the payment details for the next 40% payment. The remaining 10% serves as your guarantee of our support during staircase installation.
Delivery and Installation
Self-installation with remote support from our specialist.
We ship the stairs from our warehouse. You receive the order with labels on each package showing which parts are inside and their quantity, so you can check everything on site. We recommend unpacking the order upon delivery and inspecting the stairs for any damage.
Once you have received your stairs, laid out all the parts, and are ready for installation, you will have everything you need from us:
- a list of the required tools you should prepare;
- technical drawings;
- installation instructions;
- templates;
- fastening hardware.
If you have any questions during installation, please contact our specialist who guided you through the measurements. They will help you solve the task.
Final Payment
Your guarantee of our support.

No, we only manufacture the stairs. However, our specialists will stay in touch with you during the installation process.
Can I buy in installments?
You can buy in installments through PrivatBank or Monobank.
How do I install the stairs?
For staircase installation, we provide templates, if they apply to your project. These templates are made according to your staircase design. With remote support from our specialist, you will be able to install the stairs more easily. The delivery set includes fastening hardware and installation instructions. If needed, consumable installation materials may also be included in the kit, but tools are not included.
What is the production lead time?
Usually, our production lead time is 2–4 weeks.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a 5-year warranty with replacement of parts. You also have an installation support guarantee: part of the payment remains unpaid until after you install the stairs, while receiving our support during the installation process.
