Delivery across Ukraine
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta, SAT, Delivery, Ukrposhta, or dedicated carriers.
The delivery cost is not included in the order price and is calculated according to the carrier’s rates.
We recommend checking the integrity and completeness of the order when receiving it at the carrier’s branch.
All packages are labeled with the number of packed parts inside.
International Delivery
We export our products worldwide.
Depending on the destination country and required delivery time, transportation can be arranged by truck, ship, or air freight.
Delivery Terms
Incoterms 2010 DAP — we are responsible for arranging transportation and providing all necessary documents to the customer for customs clearance in the destination country.
Incoterms 2010 EXW — the customer is responsible for the entire delivery process and all customs procedures. The customer collects the goods from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
*To place an order from another country, you need a foreign currency bank account in the destination country.
**You also need a customs broker for customs clearance if the customer is an individual.

We label every package so you know what is inside and can check the completeness of the order.

Before shipment, we will send you a list of packages and their contents so you can prepare in advance.
