Price Estimate
We calculate an estimated price based on the measurements you provide.
During your first conversation with us, we will calculate an estimated staircase price for you directly during the call. To do this, we only need to know the staircase model you have chosen and a few basic measurements:
- the height from the finished floor of the first floor to the finished floor of the second floor;
- the length of the opening;
- the width of the opening;
- the thickness of the floor slab between floors.
*The measurements may be approximate.
With this information, we calculate not only the price and number of parts, but also the best step height so that the stairs are comfortable to use.
Measurements and Design
Measurements with our remote support and preparation of the staircase design.
When you are ready to order the stairs, we will need accurate measurements from your site. Our specialist will guide you through the measuring process remotely, explain what and how to measure, and give advice on preparing the space.
Based on these measurements, our specialist prepares the staircase design and confirms it with you. After that, our manager sends you the final order price.
Production
Advance payment, contract signing, and production of your stairs.
After the design and price are approved, we sign a contract with you and send the payment details for the advance payment. Our specialist then details your project and submits the production order for the staircase.
We keep all necessary materials in stock so that we can start production as quickly as possible, without unnecessary delays, as far as the production queue allows. Usually, staircase production takes 14 business days, which is about 3 weeks.
After production is completed, we notify you and send the payment details for the next 40% payment. The remaining 10% serves as your guarantee of our support during staircase installation.
Delivery and Installation
Self-installation with remote support from our specialist.
We ship the stairs from our warehouse. You receive the order with labels on each package showing which parts are inside and their quantity, so you can check everything on site. We recommend unpacking the order upon delivery and inspecting the stairs for any damage.
Once you have received your stairs, laid out all the parts, and are ready for installation, you will have everything you need from us:
- a list of the required tools you should prepare;
- technical drawings;
- installation instructions;
- templates;
- fastening hardware.

Final Payment
Your guarantee of our support.
Congratulations — you have installed your stairs yourself. This is a unique experience that you will definitely remember, because such a beautiful feature in your home was installed with your own hands. You will enjoy it even more knowing that it is the result of your own work.
Once you have installed the stairs and we have fulfilled all our support obligations as your manufacturer, you can pay the remaining 10%.
