The production lead time usually depends on the type of stairs and the current workload of our manufacturing facility. For standard modular solutions, it is usually 1–4 weeks. For more complex custom structures, the lead time may be longer, because the individual design, non-standard materials, and additional elements must be taken into account. We provide the exact timeframe after the model, materials, and all required measurements are confirmed.

We provide a warranty of up to 5 years with the possibility of replacing or repairing individual parts if manufacturing or structural defects are found. You also have an installation support guarantee: part of the payment is made only after the stairs have been installed and you have checked the quality of the structure. We stay in touch and are ready to help with questions about use and care.

Yes, we officially export our products from Ukraine to other countries. We pack the components so they can safely withstand transportation, and we also provide instructions and the necessary documents. You can ask our manager about delivery to your country, the estimated timeframe, and approximate transportation cost during the consultation.

You can choose any color from our catalog of wood tones and finishes, and we will send you samples so you can see them in your interior. We can also match the closest possible color based on a sample you provide, such as a piece of flooring, a door, or furniture. Our goal is for the stairs to fit naturally into the space rather than stand out from the overall style.

If you need a temporary solution during renovation, we can offer affordable temporary stairs for the construction period. After the renovation is complete, you can return them with partial reimbursement or keep them for practical use. This helps keep the main staircase in perfect condition until all “dirty” construction work is finished.

For the most common ceiling height of up to 2700 mm, the approximate cost of stairs without second-floor railings is: bolt-supported stairs — $1,361, L-shaped stairs — $1,606, and metal-frame modular stairs — $2,091. The exact price depends on the configuration, tread materials, type of handrails, and additional elements.
